Mount Trashmore

On a cold Saturday we took Milo for a walk around Mount Trashmore. A huge rubbish heap now covered in grass.

Nicola conquered the mountain (and Milo too)
Yes it's really called that

Back Bay Nature Reserve

On Black Friday, we decided to go for a bike ride, instead of combat shopping. Beautiful day but cold.

Chincoteague

A good walk round the state park, in lovely weather.

We saw plenty of wild life, including the silver colored squirrel which is rare, apparently. We saw three.

Tides Base Ball Game

The Tides

The Tides minor league baseball team is located near us, so having a chance at tickets from work we went along to experience the game.  As our only exposure was the Simsons we were wondering what to expect.  We were delighted to find that people do walk round selling beer and hotdogs and pop corn.  That there is a kisscam! and they do have a tshirt shooting canon.

Some of the food offered would not solve America's obesity problem,  I could feel my arteries clogging as I walked past.

Due to heavy rain the previous night, today we were to see two games back to back.  This was during the 30 minute break.

Baseball Folk Art

Nice little exhibition at the Chrysler. A baseball umpire started drawing his encounters with enraged baseball managers. Then progressed to drawing famous players and significant events.
